Where does the name Ada Growth come from?

Ada Growth is named after Ada Lovelace, who wrote the algorithm for the world's first computer program. She is an inspiration to us and the reason why the Ada App is possible today.

How long should someone use the Ada App to see an impact?

We recommend using the Ada App, due to the Lifelong Learning approach, for at least one year to notice major positive changes. Small changes in everyday life can be noticed after the first week! One example from our Ada App is the "eyelid closure technique": if you keep your eyelids closed for a little longer than with a normal eye blink, you can elegantly signal to your colleague to get to the point. Try it!

Although our goal with Ada Growth is to achieve organizational change towards equality through the Ada App, we are also happy to offer the Ada App to individuals. Is Ada Growth really only for women?

What do I need to get started?

All you have to do is provide an email address that you will use for Ada Growth and then download the app from the App Store or Play Store.

Do I need a smartphone to use Ada Growth?

Yes. The Ada App works on all smartphones that have the latest supported version of Apple iOS or Android installed. If you think you have a problem with your device, please contact us.

Is my data safe in the Ada App?

Yes, only you can access your profile via access to your email address. Your company can not access any of your usage data such as which videos you watch, quizzes you answer, or videos you like or skip.

Can I deactivate or delete my account in the Ada App?

Yes, if for some reason in the future you want to suspend your Ada App journey or delete your profile, you can do it directly in the app in the "Me" profile section.

What do I do if I think I have found a bug in the Ada App?
